Breathe Easy Mold Remediation
Taking a simple service and flipping it on its head
Objective
Hinna Co. was contacted to develop and design a brand identity for a mold remediator called Breathe Easy. The owners recently purchased the business from it’s retiring founder and looked to set the business apart from all other mold remediators and service-forward companies in the Nashville area with plans to expand and franchise.
They were inspired by Pink’s Windows and others leading with good design in the service space. Hinna’s challenge was to build an identity with the same spirit, but something unique to them.

Process
I started my process by looking at the client’s inspiration board. This helped me understand the direction and details she was interested in and helped me to start on the right path for this project.
Through that initial research, I was able to put together a series of drafts that laid the foundation for these bandanas.
After that, I started illustrating in procreate and made other assets in Adobe Illustrator.
After combining assets onto the bandanas in Illustrator, I was able to format the bandana, bring colors into the mix and finalize the design in general.
I then sent the drafts to the client to review, she gave her edits and we went from there.
Inspiration
The inspiration for the Coastal Cowgirl was clear. It was my job to blend them together into a beautiful piece.
